As the days start to be shorter I like to use lighter colours in the rooms and get as much natural light in as possible. 

In RL more and more, I avoid clutter, but in SL I am tempted to use lots of objects in my decor because I want to feel them "lived". That's my challenge with myself, trying to keep them neat and tidy but still cozy and with character.
