DaD's Positano Mansion did teleport me to the outskirts of the village on the hills leaning towards the sea.
Summer by the coast doesn't mean you have to stay in a conventional hotel and just go to the beach. You can explore nearby towns, and find lovely jewels that offer you a real taste of the region, and of course the food!

I wanted to post this earlier, but getting the move ready is more complicated than I anticipated.
Less than two weeks now to go, and working full time in until the last day, but I know that once I've arrived everything will be great, because, why not?! <3

You can tell I love white, natural light, and windows, so Scarlet Creative's St.Germain Loft felt like a dream to work with.
As if it was an Airbnb rented for a long weekend out of the city, I thought this middle section of the house, could look good as a "working" area facing outdoors, with the natural light flooding the space, not much furniture, and many plants, and just our tablet to check social media or sending some emails.

This summer has been different, not for the weather, but because I've had it hard to get inspired and to work on my blogging, I felt quieter and less social too...

Somehow the idea of moving back to Spain to be close to my family and friends had been lingering in my head since New Year, and a couple of weeks ago I just got that feeling.... I got to go!

Often can take me ages to decide or choose between options, and I overthink everything! yes everything! lol . But once I make a decision, I need to make it happen and go for it!

After 8 years in London to move back to the Canaries, will be a huge change! organize it all, the packing, paperwork, etc... my God, it's so exhausting!! 

I'm glad that back home the summer feeling extends to September and sometimes October, so even if I'll get there in mid-August I will still get to enjoy beach days, and lazy afternoons outdoors.

Since the start of the month, I wanted to put together a picture using all that summer festival style releases, it was becoming so big, and me always tired with work, the move, and the heatwave, I decided to keep it simple or would never happen. I hope that after the move, once I'm settled I will be able to create more elaborated posts <3

Since I notice to my boss last week everyday has been a challenge in some way, at work helping my boss to find someone to replace me, and the time out of work, mostly on the phone with my mother/friends and different shipping companies. The weekend decluttering and packing boxes.
So yes I'm very much looking forward to the summer days that seems like we'll have this weekend. I'll spend some time out in the garden, dreaming of the beach back home, I'll be there soon!! <3

This year is clearly becoming my year of change...
Focusing on myself, taking care of myself, and working towards my inner peace... sounds too relaxing?
I'm feeling better with and about myself, even if I don't like my job and every day is a burden :P 
Life in a big city is tough, and even if I've tried different things, the last few years had only gotten worse and worse, and after much deliberation... I've decided I'm quitting my job, packing my things, and going back "home" :O
Yes!....tomorrow I'm handing in my resignation!
I'm happy, excited, scared, anxious, worried, impatient... such an emotional rollercoaster!

In 2019 I had to deal with health issues, and it drained my energy, I was running on "automatic mode". During the first lockdown, I could complete my healing and rest, and since this past winter, I'm full-on making changes for the better, focusing on my well-being and inner peace.
